The development stage involves lots of surveys and tests to get accurate ideas of costs for the main works. Tests will be done for drainage, asbestos and on the stonework. It won’t look like much is happening but it’s a slow process and things are actually going on even though it may not look like it.
The picture shows the inside of the window where the stained glass has been removed, and the area directly in front of it which will be restored to use as a convenient worship and community area with accessible toilet and kitchenette.The box pews in the foreground will be staying 🙂
