Wycliffe’s new Heritage Blue Plaque

posted in: Events, update 0

Thanks to the Heatons Heritage Society and National Grid, we now have a blue plaque telling passers by a little of our history. Visible from the A6 Wellington Road North, it is located on the left hand side of the church above our new accessible lift, and to the left of the door. Due to Covid-19 we of course won’t be able to have an unveiling ceremony, but hopefully in time, we can mark the occasion with some kind of a ‘do’!
